Hi folks,

I was just wondering if anyone know of any decent speed Controllers that support use with up to 10s lipo, and can handle current peaks of around 80amps for 5 seconds or so, and about 60 amps continuous?  I';m after them for a Multirotor project, I don';t mind having to flash them with Simonk firmware, provided the firmware is available for them!

I';ll be using them with either a Naza, a kk2.1 or a cc3d flight controller.

Cheers
Andy

Have a look at Castle Creations'; Phoenix Edge HV series.

I have no experience with these but they seem to meet your requirements (on paper).

These would do it and be reliable BUT at a price!!!
Are you saying that CC ESCs are not reliable? Not stirring, a serious question!

When I was into helicopters there was a period where CC were actually paying out for damages caused by their esc';s setting on fire at the slightest provocation, hence the knickname ';Castle cremations'; they did have a major problem but in all fairness it was sorted out!
Jeti esc';s along with Axi motors are the most reliable combination you could hope to get BUT at a price! I have that combination on one of my planes and have never in 3 years of flying it had the slightest issue with the power train.
