As stupid as it is, I doubt if the CAA would even bother with this.

It is after all an eejit with a toy (Parrot Drone I think) just annoying people, not quite the same scale as a 2 kilos of TBS flying over Alton Towers or or a LRS wing going AWOL.

The only problem with a direct report to the CAA is that they are very likely to over react as the FAA have done or are trying to do in the states. However if the report came from a fellow flier, as here, I suppose it at least demonstrates that the sport itself is unhappy with the way of things. Hopefully that will result in dialogue instead of unilateral stupidity.

But, it can also work against us, im not saying people like this shouldnt be punished, but if every tom dick and harry start reporting everything they see, that will just lead to more and more possible regulation, and end up regulating a lot of us out of the hobby, depending on what they came up with.

Just my opinion, you, myself, many on here do it right, so leave it at that, the more whinging and moaning about what someone else is doing, will probably end up doing more harm than good long term.

yup if a lot of cases are reported who knows some sort of knee jerk reaction may be taken, and we really don';t something like that to happen.

it should be sorted out by the community, we need to find out who this guy is, pay him a visit and give him some friendly advice
