Only when one looses sight of your toy does FPV become fun and against legislation already in place.

Sorted now, how did you fix your motors? On that type of model (mine have wooden arms) I put mine on with double sided tape and cable ties, gives some protection from vibration and from crashes.
Have a look at Simplecopter';s videos on YouTube, Matt demonstrates why they are a good idea - the way he flies it must save him a fortune!

Looks like some fun...on the beech....looks simple enough  :) All that open space ....good old nuts and bolts!

I think the homespun frames can be every bit as good as a bought one, quite often much better. At the moment I';m sticking to plywood plates with softwood arms, dirt cheap fairly durable and easy to replace if you do manage to break something; best fun I';ve had since I started flying multis.
I also like the KK2 fc, simple and does the job for what I want.

Oakie

Motor fixings on that quad are BA nuts and bolt. I do like the unconventional though.

Having said all that, with the cost being so small for a frame in the mini H config i will be using my time on flying and not repairing................... Did i just say that!

Prays to APM sticker....and touches wood......

I';ll post some better stuff as i can. Quite a bussy week coming up.

happy flying!
