hobbyking gimbal controller

and a set or these

which i will be putting on a 3d mobius printed gimbal. im looking for some advice as i have no idea where to start as always with hobby king no instructions
will the board come with any firmware on it if so what
do i need to download anything or will it download any drivers when i plug it in
i have searched all the discussions on hk and read my way through so many pages on google. all i seam to find is tuning guides and to be honest i have confused myself with all the talk of nulled firmware alexmos firmware 2.2 b2 gui';s always have power on it when you plug in or disconnect usb or i can brick board. i just dont know
there';s so many people saying one thing and others saying the next i just want a simple expiation from someone that has one working as to what to expect when i get home friday what do i do when i plug it all i.  can someone give me a simple guide
