I ordered some Hq 5x4 props from phil,waited 6 days and nothing arrived.

Getting a bit concerned i sent him an email telling him i hadnt recieved the package yet and he
immediatly sent out another package at his own cost which came next day.

Now thats what i call great customer service.

I will be getting all my props from him in future along with other goodies  ;D

In my book after sales is critical and when I had a problem he took it on and sorted it for me promptly and gave great follow-up advice.

 No way, Phil is evil, selling things I want need, shiny shiny things, i';m sure he';s an evil wizard or something, every time I order from him it turns up the  next morning without fail, orders from other peoples businesses can take days to come, he must be using some kind of ';dark magic';! Why only today a mobius turned up at my house, brought by one of Phils ';red van minion';, who pushed it through a strange hole in my door......  . Phil is a menace, beware.....

Bought a couple of sets of 5030 GQ Props from MakeItBuildIt, can';t fault the service at all, very well priced, arrived quickly. Website could do with a bit of a polish, SEO looks pretty dire (in my unqualified opinion) which is a shame, more people using them would be great!
