No different to any of the motors we have been using for years with a dome nut or lock nut, they all rotate one way or another.

I have never had one undo because the motor span one way or the other.

I use the CCW RCX 1804 motors on my mini H (no stock of CW at the time). Absolutely no difference apart from always forgetting to turn the but clockwise when changing props
TBS Discovery + ghetto printed gimbal, HovershipMHQ 1 & 2, QAV250, Turnigy Talon V2, chinese Alien500 thingie, 3d Printed Tricopter, Bix 3, Flyingwings.co.uk FalconEVO, Venturi EVO 1+2, Hornet Racing Wing, Radjet800 (by the dozen)... Permanent sucker for FPV, and lots and lots of OpenLR

Yup, my recent purchase of ZMR motors arrived as CCW, all four of them. A bit of a shock at first. But no trouble using them, just a matter of keeping the fastening domes/nuts/etc suitably tight.  A bit odd having to screw them down "the wrong way" ... but otherwise no bother at all.

I don';t see why someone would have a problem doing so. No different to any other motor spinning CCW

Good luck with them mate

I have just got my order from EMAX of 4 2213 motors 4 12Amp Simonk ESC';s and 4 sets of carbon Props total about £80 and got a demand from DHL for £14 in Customs charges.

They invoiced them at $8.52 each for esc';s   1.04 each for the motors and 3.52 for each pair of props total of $52

But at least I have them now.

Royston

Did they tell you how they calculated the customs?
That';s got to be about 40%

You get hit for the value of the items the carrage charges and also a handling charge for dealing with customs.

Additionally that may only hit you for vat ir sometimes it will be duty and vat.

A 10 quid set of bogota picks once cost me 32 quid by the time all the charges where calculated
Not much kit, but what I have I like
Armattan Tilt 2, Morphite 180, Quark 150, Decapitated NanoQX
Taranis+

It';s the chargers for handling that kill you on a small order, not the VAT. It will be £12 for handling a £1 order or a £100 order

What actually got me was that DHL was charging the Customs duty whilst goods where still on the plane (according to there tracking details that is). I guess that they do it of the AWB and get it thru to avoid delay';s.

It did at least speed things up

The package was collected in Hong Kong on Sunday @ 20:18 and delivered to me Tuesday @ 15:41
