Hi
for all those who have a GoPro, what software do you use to edit the video? have tried to use Windows Movie Maker, but it will not see the video. The Go Pro Software, is slow to say the least.
anything better, or is there a download for Windows Movie Maker?

I think somebody was talking about this a few days ago, will try to find the link.
Try premiere elements by Adobe.
Personally I use mac, but I used to use premiere and it';s very powerful. Like anything video based though it';s all down to CPU, Fsb speed and RAM. I';m with you on the gopro software too, very bad... Gave up after 5 minutes and went back to iMovie.

I use Videopad or Sony Vegas 11 ~~

I use Windows Live Movie Maker. (Windows 7)
Down load your film to a file in your documents then click or browse for it.
You can also use GoPros own free to download "GoPro Studio"

Hi
maybe something is missing at my end, just tried again, and it will not see the files created by GoPro.

Keith

Britishguy

copy the gopro file to the comp first and when adding your files click on select all files

?

Balders

sounds to me as simple as you are not looking for the mp4 files, or your software is not associated with them.  Try right clicking on the file and selecting open with, then browse to your editing program, or possibly even try drag and drop the mp4 file onto the editor window/taskbar item.
