I just got this in today';s post and wondered if anybody here has used one?

I bought it primarily because it was cheap (enough to smash into the ground a few times) and secondly because it isn';t that fussy about voltage (5v cameras seem to be expensive and I didn';t fancy buying another step-up cable)
TBS Discovery + ghetto printed gimbal, HovershipMHQ 1 & 2, QAV250, Turnigy Talon V2, chinese Alien500 thingie, 3d Printed Tricopter, Bix 3, Flyingwings.co.uk FalconEVO, Venturi EVO 1+2, Hornet Racing Wing, Radjet800 (by the dozen)... Permanent sucker for FPV, and lots and lots of OpenLR

THats a bargain, let us know how it performs
Frames: Blackout Mini H V2, TBS Disco, TBS Caipirinha,Tarot Ironman 650, Q450, Tricopter D.W design.
FC's: Naze 32 GPS, Naza M Lite GPS, APM2.5 GPS, KK2.1, KK
FPV: Skyzone FPV Goggles, GoPro Hero 3+ Black, Sony Super HAD 600 TVL

I don';t think that';s a wdr type, wdr is preffered for fpv. Still let us know how you get on with it.   Saw this link earlier too....bit more expensive though http://www.surveilzone.com/dc5v-sony-960h-ccd-effio-v-800tvl-wdr-fpv-mini-camera-2.8mm-lens-audio-hs1173

Haha! I only wanted a cheap 5v capable camera to stick onto the 3d printed quad so I could learn to whizz through obstacles and what-not without fear of smashing a large investment  :nananana:

So far the image quality seems to be good in daylight and shade (and transitioning between the two). Looking forward to giving it a flight test as soon as the weather picks up :)

I reckon I used the right amount of infill to make the frame buoyant :P

I would love to be able to confidently fly like that though

Practise, mate.  Its like this entire hobby. Can';t be learned from a book/video/forum - you just gotta get out there, break some eggs and make that splendid cake you want ~~

And if you';re printing your own parts ... well you';re going to be quids in compared to any other method  ;)
