Futaba / Aeroxcraft strange problem

Hi all.

I seem to be a creator of my own problems half the time, but really don';t know how this one happened.

Before Xmas my phantom and gimbal was working fine. But I took it to my Mum';s house on Boxing Day and was going to film my stepdad';s allotment for him.

All started up and seemed fine until I tried to work the aeroxcraft gimbal. It didn';t move on either the VR switch or the switch I have set up for one angle I like to film at. The phantom flew as well as it always does.

I have since had the phantom apart and everything seems to be where it should be and all plugged in. I have checked the settings on my T8J and nothing seems to be wrong.

So I don';t understand how everything seems to work power wise and the gimbal levels itself. There is a connection from Tx to Rx and apart from not being able to control the gimbal, everything seems just how it should be.

I know I had a few tipples at Xmas, but surely my braincells haven';t died that much that I have forgotten one simple thing?

Basically, the gimbal is no longer under the control of my transmitter even though nothing seems to have changed since it last was.
