Well, joking apart, maybe a reliable controllable, outdoor fpv version would be cool.  THink of the zero vibe/jello possibilities?  PLus no revolving blades?  Not sure what the regs are on balloons, there obviously are such, although David Westerntahl must have broke most of them on his high atmosphere jape.

Funny, I was having that conversation with my lad';s friend last night. He was  on about 3D printers, guns, weapons etc.  I pointed to the set of rather sharp knives in my kitchen and mentioned that I could kill someone with any one of those with a single well aimed strike (and I know where to aim).  I went on that the ingenuity was that these were ceramic, sharp as a surgical tool, and never wear down.  What on earth were they doing in a home, not under any kind of lock and key etc...  The choice of how to use the tool, as ever, was entirely mine. 

Humans don';t get this kind of brain power without a great deal of responsibility placed upon us to use the gift wisely.  Sadly for this race, we don';t often do that so well.
