started to put the top plate on and straight away you can tell that this is a clone, the screw holes are out of line making it extremely hard to use the hex head screws. :huh

Plus not putting one of these together before is a bit of a challenge. :embarrassed

Pics to follow tomorrow.

You should leave the bottom screw loose until you have them all in then tighten them all together  ;)
now why didnt I tell you that yesterday   ;)

Hi Longnail Good job

1 of my friends have the same but all of naza and fly excellent.
He put controller and RX inside from Up and lower plate and left up plate free for camera and fpv things
From my experience with cd box is very good protector but it has great wind resistance when blowing.
For that i remove it from my copter but mine is double from you maybe yours had no effect in wind.

Still unable to spool up the motors, been through the instructions about a dozen times and on line to read every piece of post known to man. :-/

There are quite a few people that were in the same position as I am in but the underlying solution seems to be the tx. When in operation this system is undoubtedly the best for a newb on the market.

Managed to set a three position switch movement with two switches via pmix1 to GPS, ATT, MAN. My tx is a Futaba 6ex.

It could be elevator or aileron EPA that is out of kilter. If it looks like I am rambling on this is for my benefit (care in the community) :-/ and hopefully this might help someone else. ~~

Next week; How to insert a catheter :o

Gaza07

Maybe you should wait for a new radio set  :-/
did you use a fresh model memory with no sub trims set or trims and also an aeroplane model memory
if the memory slot has been used before reset it  ~~

Futaba in aero mode, Reset model memory in tx, default settings on comp, no motor start.
As regards to wind effect on the cd case,"I WISH" ::)

pheasant_plucker

Have you set the EPA to maximum and have you tried a speed controller on it's own directly coupled to the reciever? Some radios require the throttle reversed to work.

The man serving me in the canteen said "Look, You can see the face of Jesus in the Margarine" The Asian guy next to me replied "I can't believe it's not Budda"

Very well done im pleased you got it going the fun really starts now  :bravo:

After getting the instructions out of the bin, I read them right through this time. Now my little baby has a fail safe mode.
So what do you do first, straight to the fields, take off, go to fail safe, and stand back. :-/ Pucker up.
After a short while the clever little thing slowly descended to make a controlled landing,,,,,,,,,,and breath
In just one weekish I have become the master of the skies. :notworthy:
Bow to me you skurvy dogs, :evil

I must say thanks for the help from you lot, without it I would be doing something else :bravo:

congrats on getting falesafe setup how do you have it set land or rth and land i tell ya the first time i hit falesafe in rth mode i was a little nervous to say the least
If you find yourself in danger of being taken seriously, then try to do something which undermines or sabotages that perception in some way.

Longnail

Hi bud, I have set Failsafe on to my dual rates switch. Being a 6 channel radio there isn't a three way switch so gps, att and man is set on 5 and 6 channels so making a three way switch and the last switch as the fail safe, but as these things are set and weather dependant I want to get out there straight away to play and then find something else it can do. Not got around to switching off the tx yet.
Why dont you go into the welcome section and introduce youself and say what you fly or intend to, it will save many questions later, dont worry about the guys on here, all barking,,, but helpful as long as they take their Meds
