6 props a swingin

Hello all,

I am getting back into FPV and am reviving an old Hexa I built years ago.

I need an up to date FPV camera and FPV transmitter that will talk to my DJI FPV Goggles.

Is there such a thing and is anyone selling anything?

I cannot use the old Fat Shark gear that is currently on it as it is too much of a step back from the HD stuff on the DJI FPV unit I have been messing about with.

Thanks in advance.

Yes, you WILL be able to find items, but you need to be specific as to Goggles VERSION, as there's all sorts of interchangability "challenges" to resolve.

You also need to be specific with regards the flight controller and its firmware.

Gotcha.

I have gone for the dji air 03 which I am going to use as a standalone setup for the fpv side of things.

The drone is going to controlled using the existing futaba gear.

It is running a dji NAZA M2

It also has the zenmuse 2D-H3 gimbal with a Hero3 black.

Do you know if I can hook the FPV up to the GoPro? So I can see what I am actually filming?

Thanks for the input.

Oh they are the V2 fpv goggles.

Obviously use what you have, but Futaba is now a very rare choice for multicopters.  Most multi's use Betaflight firmware flight controllers, with SBus or UART connected serial receivers, mostly now ELRS.  I have four Futaba 2.4GHz Tx but I'd not use them with a flight controller.

Goggles V2 are fine, just be VERY careful as to goggles firmware as DJI try their best to lock yout of older gear to force you to buy new. If it works, do NOT update. If it does'nt work, STILL don't jump to update!!

No GoPro expert here. I doubt it, but you'd need to ask on a specialist GoPro group.
