Can't get the three position to work with Naza.

Evening gents.
I have just built another Hex that has a Naza M flashed with the V2 firmware.  Now whats happening is I have assigned the three position switch on a Flysky i6  and wanted to get the atti , GPS and manual to work with the switch. I have tried to adjust it with end points and it either goes to GPS and manual or another two but I can't get all three to work.
Any ideas?

If I remember it was just a case of playing with end points and sub trim, I have ch5 (swC) set to 74% and 67% end points and sub trim down a few points on my i6. Using Lite flashed to V2.
But I am using atti, gps and RTH.
Hope that gives you some clues?
