Channel selection chart for AOMWAY AV Transmitter?

Has anybody got a handy chart showing the dip-switch positions for the Aomway VTX like this one:

I seem to remember that the documentation that came with it was inaccurate and also that somebody here a while ago posted a nice table correcting the information.  It might have been Quadfather.  I might have downloaded it but right now I can';t find it.  It will be handy to have something to be able to adjust my channel settings with for tomorrow';s fly-in

Had a quick rummage through my  destruction leaflets but they might be the duff ones,and no two are the same!!!  I will be taking a scanning monitor tomorrow so we can check frequencies ,as long as there is enough separation between t/x there shouldn';t be a problem. ::)
