Super service from DJi

Just a bit of good news about Dji,
a few days before my guarantee ran out my Phantom 3 Advanced Tx the lipo stopped charging I phoned Dji support but they couldn';t find a solution and told me to send it back for repair to their place in the Netherlands.
Dji sent me a pre-paid lable for UPS via Email and UPS collected it on Thursday 14th September, it was delivered to them on Monday 18th September and was dispatched back to me on Thursday 21st September and arrived to me on Tuesday 26th September.
On opening the parcel I found a brand new Tx, I';ve heard a lot of people complaining about their service but in this instance I have no complaints, thank you Dji.

That is a very nice tale indeed.    Good to read some positive stuff about DJI.

I haven';t had to use their services yet, although I am currently one of gawd knows how many Phantom 4 users who updated to V02.00.0106 and have unstable forward flight and dodgy Gimbal behavior at full 4K recording.  Since July, and no fix.  One lives in hope.  ::)
