Low throttle

Evening and hello.
My dji f450 has recently stopped flying.
It had dji standard motors, dji opt esc apm 2.8.original pdb.
Was flying with no issues at all.
Went out with it two weeks ago and it only has about 40% throttle. Fully charged and good healthy 3s 4000mah battery. All solder joints and bullet connectors checked and double checked. Motors spin the right way and props on the right way.
Throttle goes up normally till about 40% then nothing after that.
So I have since tried. Afro 30a esc, different motors, stand alone pdb, different flight control cc3d flashed with betaflight. 2 different rx, a taranis and a turnigy 9xr pro. All calibrated esc tried different ways, i.e through flight control and through tx. But still has exactly the same result.
If i use the motor tab in betaflight i can power them up properly, but not in flight. I have given up at the moment and im usin my robocat until the dji is sorted.

The only thing you haven';t changed is the radio. using the betaflight configurator can you see the rx signals going full swing on the throttle?

i.e. 1000 -> 2000

The obvious common point is the battery, presuming as it reads that you have only the one?

How are you determining that the battery is good?  How are you proving the thrust is OK when driving the system from Betaflight? Is the battery voltage good off load? Does it stay good when loaded with all motors running?

I';m assuming the 40% is what you think the thrust is subjectively. Is it this right from the start? Or does it "sag"?

Got it sorted today guys, tx for your  replies. Had to overwrite the apm with arduplane then back to arducopter and it all seems good now. Just resetting the eeprom didnt work.
