Yuneec Typhoon H problems

I have received my drone, unpacked it, charged batteries and switched all the necessary settings etc.
However, I cannot get the controller to connect to the drone. As soon as it does I get a message "Warning: OBS. Avoidance has failed" even though the OBS is switched off.

I really hope that this is something simple and does not require me to input any firmware updates as I fear this maybe beyond my limited computer skills!

Watched a Yuneec video on YouTube and updates completed.

Took off and landed in back garden. Going to have a proper fly tomorrow
