I';m not really a great fan of the micro stuff available, but this is superb.  I wonder if the boards are available separately from HH?  Mind you, Steele does make it look easy (and cool!).

It probably comes with Cleanflight but I guess Betaflight will flash easily. It does have a circular antenna though.

Edit: I see it does.  Looks interesting to be sure, I guess the Bee has some worthwhile upgrades, like the dipole and beefier motors/lipo';s.

It says it';s compatible with Cleanflight and Betaflight. If my QX80 is anything to go by, it will be Cleanflight that it ships with.
