Pixhawk Failsafe Battery Setting Help

Hi all

Using a 3DR power Module on a Pixhawk, what is the correct value to set for battery voltage to trigger  failsafe.

I am using 4s packs what how low can I go to trigger a RTL failsafe and still have enough to do a safe RTL without over discharging.

Only doing LOS or close FPV so it should never be too far away to need a load in reserve.

Was thinking around 3.4v per cell under load, is that too low.

Thanks for any help with this

Paul

Best thing to do is get a power meter, see what the A/C  is using in the hover and work backwards from there.
Power meters are so useful for checking prop  /motor  setups , and efficency.  Typical one below

It also pays to check the voltage measured by the power module is correct, some of the non  3dr clones are way off and the multiplier needs to be adjusted,  see mission planner batt failsafe screen,it asks which power brick is being used.
