Factory Resetting APM 2.6

I';ve tried to reset it using the Terminal on Mission Planner but instead of giving me the options to type into it, I get what is on the attachment.

Is there anything that can be done about this? I can';t factory reset it if it won';t let me.

In Mission Planner, the full parameters page, there is a reset to factory defaults option these days.

EDIT: I found it. Will tell you the results

Nothing changed. Resetting worked, but the problems I thought it';d fix stayed. I think it';s an issue with the hardware at this point.
