Hi guys,

Just to let you know, Freefly Systems have announced their new Alta8 octocopter.

Not sure if any of you will be interested in this massive £14,800.00 money pit!

Enjoy!
Always smile because you never know who could be falling in love with it. :) Drone Operator in North Wales. www.aerialworx.co.uk

Jeez....... Mariana trench comes to mind!!!
Superb engineering though!!!

nub

bit of a beast that but £14,800.00 wtf that seems a little pricey too me
Point and click.

Monkey see, Monkey do.

Yellow

Quicker to announce that than I had expected, natural evolution, and its not a true heavy lifter, should prove really popular - they are beautiful things to fly, that is a cracking flight controller.

TheOtherOption

That certainly does look very well engineered / built. Would love to see one in action or even get to try it (that would be a little nerve racking even without a gimbal and camera hooked up to it!).

I guess I';ll just have to stick to my S1000+ plans as although I could buy a FreeFly Alta 6/8 I';d never justify the cost in the long term haha

Area21

Looks a nice piece of kit. Good promo video.

Very nice, if I sold a kidney, maybe my spleen, plus winning the lottery, I could be tempted.
One broken tarot 680 pro and a wonky phantom plus two parked up Droidworx Skyjib's

LuMan

Yeah, but I can do all of that with my Syma X11C...  :wack0

It does look like a super bit of kit, though.. I wonder what the wife would say....  :slap:

"Every aspect of this machine understands your needs"  :o :o :o bit of a bold statement , or is this the first  a/c with A.I. . If its true it would make me a  mug of tea and a bacon butty before every flight...   WANT ONE .. ::)
