Pixhawk were do you connect servos for accessories

Hi all

A quick noobie question if I may

When using a Pixhawk as a flight controller on an Aeroplane using the recivers PPM connection were do you connect the servos for things like flaps and landing gear.  Do they connect to the Pixhawk or the PWM pins on the receiver.

If its the Pixhawk which pin sets do I use

Obviously got Throttle Aileron Elevator & Rudder connected to pin set 1 to 4 on the pixhawk

I think you can map any of the outputs to be whatever you want using Mission Planner. I haven';t had much of a chance to play with Pixhawk on a plane and it was a big ole'; flying wing so I only had to worry about 3 channels. This page details a lot of it:
