It works!! Haha! 😜 I don';t know why, but as a final resort I went and bought a new micro USB lead. My old one works with my GoPro and SatNav, so why not the FC?? Who cares! The new one works a treat, reflashed FC and can now attach in app on Windows and OS X. Thanks for all your advice, I can now get on with the build.

Nah, those will be fine, it';s only the KISS 24a ones that are causing problems at the moment!
