dji props

Anybody know who sells genuine DJI 1038 props for the f550. Not cf.
Most seem to be out of stock.

Thanks, what size are these props, do they fit the old red motor.

I have been using the original 1038s but they went out of production with the advent of the new power system as Ynot6 has said, luckily I bought quite a few while they were still available, these props are the best match for efficiency on the 2212 920kv motors I have found.

All is not lost as they are available in carbon fibre with the DJI style key and look identical but for being carbon fibre.

Yes they will fit the RED DJI motors but be sure to use a lock nut of your preference as carbon does not compress when tightening as nylon does and the Red motors are not self locking as are the silver versions. but don';t let that put you off.

Rotor,  thanks for all the info. Food for thought. Disappointed the DJI 1038 props are finished and that I now have to think about scrapping 10 perfectly good motors to keep up to date with the current trend. Also a pain to have to buy directly from China. I really must try to think positive.

Have a look at KDE direct - they just released new more efficient than DJI motors and props. Not CF
