Goodluckbuy OSD for Naza ( please help !)

Dear all

Thanking any help in advance

I am building a Tarot 250, using a naza m lite upgraded to V2 and a Quanum bundle FPV.  I purchased through ebay an OSD from goodluck buy.

I power the OSD directly from the lipo and connect camera and videoTX.  The OSD is also connected to tge GPS and Naza.
Image appears OK, but no OSD data, but when I disconnect the camera, then data appears; when I try to configure OSD data, it goes away again

First, I assumed that Naza ( connected to PMU) would power OSD, video TX and camera, but I had to concet the OSD directly to the lipo.   I read somewhere that such OSD should be powered through the video TX;   but why if I diconnect the camera, OSD data suddely appear on the blank screen, and when the camera is connected again, everuthing seems OK until I try to get into the menú, when data disappears again

Thank you so much

Best regards

might help if you post a link to the item purchased as there are many different osd available :-)
Carbon Tricopter with KK2 mini because you have to own a Tri and Falcon Evo FPV (rebuild again) with fatshark 600mw vtx & pz2040 cam. New addition (hidden from the missus!) 250 quad.

Thank you for your reply.    This is a link to the OSD I am talking about.  As you can see from the comments, someone suggests to power OSD from video TX

Thank you very much for your help

According to the GLB';s page it';s powered straight from the lipo, but there';s no info on what voltage or how many cells is needed. Plus all the menus are in Chinese :/

EDIT: Just noticed it also says..

- NAZA special OSD, no need PC parameter adjust
- Support NAZA GPS, read NAZA Compass and GPS data, could direct return direction in air
- Barometer, more precision height indication
- Three page selectable: Chinese/DJI-type IOSD/Self-definition
- Power supply from NAZA flight controller
- Dimension: 42.5*26mm
- Weight: 6g

Ok so the power from naza just loops out to the gps unit and not the osd
12v lipo supply to the osd is on the opposite side, checked with a few people and
it seems as though its important to select ntsc or pal to match your camera for the osd
to work correctly.

Hope this helps a little.

thanks for valuable comments....

I havent noticed that the ad said that power came from the naza.  i do have to connect  OSD to lipo in order to make it work; however in a YouTube fórum, someone said that JST was just to current sensing and that power should come from VTX    Does this make sense ?

Its true about matching PAL or NTSC with camera, my camera is PAL so I have to select this opton in the OSD,  when it allows me to

thanks again
