Tarot680p Rebuild!

I was never properly happy with the responsiveness of my Hex, even after lots of fiddling with the gains - so (after an unfortunate event where the ground came up and collided with the MR) I decided to strip down and do a rebuild. Just posting on here ( cos nobody else to tell :( )  that i flew her ';first'; maiden this morning!  SO happy!!

This time i chopped down the T-Motors'; leads and moved the ESCs out to under the motors. This made fitting the other components a lot easier. I used some youtube vids and re soldered the bullets at 90 degrees and they fit snugly under the motor plates.

It seems more responsive now - don';t know if its the weight distribution or the Naza or the ESC speed or ....  - but it definitely felt much better.   ::)

I';ll load some pics up tomorrow.

Now I';ve got a question about setting up lost/found alarm on the futaba receiver, which has SBUS. Can I assign CH8 to a switch on my T8J?  I think only 7 channels used - but not sure if CH8 will work?

I try :-)

Normaly If you using S.Bus from out from a Receiver your PWM outputs from the receiver also work at the same time,  so it should be ok.
