It will be very soon, two problems now solved,

One was a missing section of LEDS, big thanks to Nige for sorting that and the other was a missing collet for the prop mount, I took one off the tricopter 




Its ready, just needs props.

By far the most impressive build I have seen since the flying lawn mower on TV and seeing it fly in the night sky is absolutely brilliant.

I really hope the video gets a lot of views on YouTube and DB gets the credit he deserves.

Update time....

I haven';t flown since the last crash and rebuild, its all ready to go, however there are changes.

I';ve ordered a pixhawk FC, as I don';t really like the KK2, it doesn';t have the right ';feel'; and I want it to be autonomous.
The pixhawk will be here in a few days, I need to print a new mount for it, there will be pictures to follow and tuning of course, there will be video.

The Pixhawk arrived and I';m impressed.




Bench testing is going well, no hangups as yet, one small concern that may catch out anyone not familiar with electronics is the wiring colours for the 433 telemetry unit on the Pixhawk side, the red wire is ground (GND) not black, so don';t switch these otherwise you will let out the magic smoke.

Phew, I think I nearly fried my telem . As you say red wire is  gnd  ,the pin out on my 433 tx board are red gnd ,blue5v, yellrx, blktx, all well and good  however at the p/hawk end they dont appear to be correct and are as follows
blue goes to gnd,  yel+v , redtx, blacktx. Did you have to swap the wires over on your cable ?
