I am trying to configure my Crius AIOP v1.1 and the youtube vid I';m learning off is giving me the wrong links (or links that don';t exist anymore!)
The bloke talks about the megapirateng 2.8. R2 but that isn';t there??
Then he shows the links for the Arduino mission planner 1.2.7 but that is non existent either!!

Is there a youtube or any walk through link that makes tis easier to program? I';m seriously thinking on giving this up an flogging it on ebay.
help would be much appreciated.

I';m running MPNG 2.8 R3 on a Crius AIO Pro v2 (RC Timer clone), maybe I can help.

What exactly do you run into? Do you need 2.8 R3 or the Arduino version compatible with installing it?
Don';t know of any vid, I myself had to dig through Chinglish manuals, Danish diagrams and French forums to piece it all together.

This is Peter Kings Google drive with all of the files needed to get your multi running, he builds multirotors as a business, I had my first one off him with that fc. The best mine ever ran was on 2.9 add ons; it was very nice and stable and needed no tuning.

Thanks fellas but I was trying to oad the software from windows XP and it wouldn';t work now I tried it on my windows 8.1 and it started to shut my computer down....I give up now.

It';s quick and easy.

Here';s a few links if you want to install an older version of MPNG without the flash tool:


Arduino 1.0.3. Make sure you turn off "Check for updates on startup" and "Update sketch files to new extension on save (.pde -> .ino)" under File >> Preferences. You will also need to copy the pde.jar from the MPNG zipfile to the lib directory of Arduino (instructions).

FTDI Drivers (WHQL). Somehow in my case the default drivers Windows found on plugging in the Crius for the first time were either not correct or were not installed correctly.

MPNG 2.8 R3.
