Naze32 barometer setup help

I have been working on my Naze32 setup for two days and i am now finally getting somewhere and the next step for me is to get altitude hold (barometer) setup and working.

If think my Crius AIOP had some type of foam covering the barometer which i think was something to do with preventing prop wash or light affecting it but i cannot remember or i am talking 5hyte as usual.

If anyone knows how to setup altitude hold on the Naze32 full i would really appreciate your help and guidance as my IQ at the moment is equal that of a goldfish.

I believe you are correct that it needs open cell foam to cover it from wind/prop wash and light.
Sorry I can';t be of more help.
I try :-)

I thought i remember seeing something on my AIOP but it was built for me so i was not sure so i will have to find some open cell foam but I am not sure what thickness will be enough.

It doesn';t really matter all that much, as long as it';s covered from air turbulence and direct sunlight - there';s no specific size. It';s basically the same job as those foam/fuzz mufflers on microphones.
TBS Discovery + ghetto printed gimbal, HovershipMHQ 1 & 2, QAV250, Turnigy Talon V2, chinese Alien500 thingie, 3d Printed Tricopter, Bix 3, Flyingwings.co.uk FalconEVO, Venturi EVO 1+2, Hornet Racing Wing, Radjet800 (by the dozen)... Permanent sucker for FPV, and lots and lots of OpenLR

I was on Maplins site earlier looking to see if they had any acoustic foam but i have a company local to me that make all types of foam so i may pay them a visit.

Can you not have a look around the house for something with foam stuffing?  Acoustic foam fits the bill but you';ll probably pay £££ for a specialised commodity that you could rip out of an old cushion.
