I like the look of 1 and 4 arms look stronger  ~~

In theory a curved arm would be weaker, so I';m gonna say No.3. Though I';d make the motor mounts a big bigger to help protect the motors in an impact.

No 3 if you changed the sharp corners to radii.

yama

No. 1 or 4

But might be worth enlarging the curves around the outer bolt holes on the body just to add a little more strength like you have done on No.3

Ben

I would think that 2 or 3 would be the strongest if, as mentioned, the corners are rounded. Sharp corners = weak point. 3 has the wider arms though, so number 3 from me.

Edit - What size props are you thinking of?
Inspire 1. Sky Hero X8 with Wookong. Spanky 6 with Naze32. TBS Pro. 2 x TBS Disco with Vector FC. Waterproof Tupperware quad with underslung GoPro. Vortex ordered..

I would say number 4 because the arms look strong.  1 has strong looking arms too, but the tail looks all thin and impractical.

I personally think form should follow function, especially with something like quadcopters. :>
They say that the extent to which you have a design style is the extent to which you have not solved the design problem.

440 Y6 with vector, F330 quad with naza, hammer 240 with flip32, and watch this space.
