Nice, looks good in the air, I agree the parts are 1st class and as I';m a novice it was pretty easy to put together. ~~

Hi alan ... Total build time so far is 14 hours which i reckon will be about 10 on the next one !!! This is a major step forward for the home builder as the old tarot frames like the 680 and 960 could easily eat up 50 or so hours on the build also things that can be screwed up are already done and removed from the equation... I still have to fit the gimbal and camera but its four bolts and two wires so should no take to long... I opted for placing all the electronics on the top deck as they will be far easier to get at should you have any probs also once the new top cover is fitted it will have a very clean look about it...

All the best rob

Thanks Rob . Yes I need one of them. I also need go faster stripes and some furry dice but think I have some left over from my old Ford Capri I could use

AlanN

Any sign of your top cover Rob. don';t expect to see mine for some time but I';m wondering if it can be fitted without taking the top plate off to fit the standoffs.
I';m at the stage where I';m ready to refit mine after getting everything positioned where I wanted it.

no sign of them so far alan... fear not though on the fit, they will take all of five minutes to fit and no need to remove top cover !!! at least the holes are pre-drilled unlike the 680 frame where you have to work it out yourself LOL !!!
