Lead acid car battery charging using imaxB6 / Accucell.

It looks like the cold is affecting my car battery. Has anyone used a Accucell/B6 to charge  one? The manwell says so 
I have loaned my specific LA charger out!! 
Also will it charger 12v18a SLA cells? I use them for camping!!

Not with the Accucell 6 but have charged 12v car batteries with the B5 and my Fusion L50B lipo charger, imho, they charged better than a standalone car charger.

I have successfully used my B6AC to recharge an ailing 12v 35Ah car battery. I was charging at around 5A initially.

I used to charge my motorbike battery with mine, it';s a great all round charger.
