Here's a short video showing the affect the buzzer can have on the compass, It might explain why some people have problems when calibrating the compass  ~~

Looks to me like you just need to extend the buzzer wires and move it out on to one of the arms away from the flight controller  ~~

That would be the best cure for this problem, but mine is on short leads and my compass seems to be working fine, maybe I should carry out the test to see if it is affecting mine, the thing is I always think if its not broken don't mend it  ::)
