For legality, I was in charge of the airfield at the time (duty instructor) all flying had given permission . . .

how on earth did you operate in such conditions?? there has to be at least 0.5mm of snow on the ground!!

Good skills.  Gloved hands or un-gloved?  LOL.  Looks cold. 

I tried neoprene gloves, but they weren';t for me - even cut the finger tips off! Time to just man-up I think...
