I am running ESC 30AMP and NTM 28/30 800KV Motors I have two Turnigy 2.2 Batteries. If i connect the two batteries with a parallel connection and plug it in to PCB will this be ok? I know the volts stay the same but the amps are confusing me? thanx

Connected in parallel you will have the same as having a 3S4400mah battery, the C rating will be the same as the lowest C rating battery, however if you want to parallel batteries up it is preferable to have them from the same batch.
I';ve used identical batteries not from the same batch but have made sure that the internal resistances are very close to be sure that the discharge rates will be very close.
