Hi there I';m currently building a 250 racing quad, I';m using boscam 600mw vtx and was wondering what is a decent fpv camera (uk based). I';m also using a möbius for recording and was wondering why people aren';t just using the möbius video out for fpv, is there a reason?

Thanks in advance al

You get a bit of latency with Go pro and Mobius so most people go for the 600 but these are supposed to be OK

TBH having tried a few, I don';t think you can beat the little fatshark 600tvl ones for mini h quads, they don';t have much lag, they are extremely fast in transition from light to dark, which is hugely important if you are flying between/under/through things (the sony board cams I have tried are a bit slow, not important if you just want to float about the open sky though lol),they are also pretty robust and light.
They are a bit overpriced at £50 or so but if I smashed mine tomorrow I wouldn';t hesitate to order another

I use the mobius for recording and viewing  on one quad 250 and I have 2 cameras on my other quad.

The latency issue with the mobius is fine. We';ll it is for me. I was researching about different cables for the mobius to improve the latency. I have ordered a different cable so I will post the results when it arrives.

Lots of people use mobius for both and don';t have any big issues.  As long as your not dodging in and out of tress at 50 mph then I';m sure you will be ok.
