GoPro video settings

I';m interested in comparing other users settings when filming with their GoPro cams. So far I';m still tinkering with mine so I';ve not yet settled on a ';best'; mode. Does PAL/NTSC alter and effect anything much? Any pros and cons of protune? Any input is much appreciated. Cheers.

Andy, I';m just using 30 fps (NTSC) ATM.  Not had too much time to experiment, but in all honesty, if it all ends up on the tube or vimeo, it tends to get squished anyhow.
Interesting to hear what others are doing tho, as you say.
Interesting to note that latest v of imovie handles mixed frame rates without complaining, which is good.
