4 Cell LiPo Thinks It's a 3 Cell

Hello All,

So I';ve had non stop problems with the 3300mAh 4 Cell battery that came with my TBS Disco. It seems to think that it is a 3 cell battery rather than a 4 cell. 3 of the cells are at around 3.2 volts and the fourth one has absolutely nothing in it. Does this make it a dud?

that battery is pooped basically,,3.2 is far to low anyway, and if the others are not reading anything, then its knackered.
