450 size I guess....

Very.....Skyhero,  but I guess it will be better priced. Also like the retracts.

Being Align I would imagine it will be easy to get it & spares over here
Blade Nano QX
Immersion Vortex 285
 Blade mCPx Heli

deano

It also looks similar to the kongcopter I like it
dji f330
q450 hk clone
3 whitesheep

Bet it';s big bucks, that said it does look nice - looks like they have done their research well!

Very true, I sometimes wonder if I';d have had an Align heli rather than a clone I would still be flying them!

I have had both and yes, the Align was better quality but if you are handy with the spanners clones don';t really pose much of a problem, especially if you know what to look for.

Although the tail on my HK250 GT gave up 30 seconds into it';s maiden flight :banghead: This was quickly replaced with an Align version which was 100% better quality. But the 450';s I have had weren';t too bad.

I had a decent quality clone (Tarot) so it was probably me, I had a 450 for about 6 months; it cost me more than I';ve spent on quads in 1/3 of the time!

That is why I sold all mine on. Crash a helicopter and the parts cost really mounts up, crash a quad and it costs and arm and some props  ~~

If you factor in the postage, one hard landing on my trex 250 equated to £25 every time.
That';s why i do multi';s!   :crossfingers:

Keep it emax, capiche?
Hardware? sure, I got hardware!

don';t land it hard then  don';t mind mine being that fragile.

buying a clone for a 1st heli is a very bad idea IMHO as it';s the route i went with a hk500 and it was a total disaster until i finally purchased an align trex 500 gf kit, from then on it was pretty much a breeze.

Darrell buy yourself a mcpx its the best CP heli trainer ever, it';s not expensive to repair and if u fly over grass it';ll probably be a case of pick up and fly again.

but anyways align making multi';s, i';m slightly surprised.
Point and click.

Too squirrelly for me, you can';t beat a Gaui 425 for quality 3d trainer imho

aye the 250 can become a bit of handful rather quickly

i had a trex 450 pro v2 with DFC and scorpion 2221-6 motor, great heli that was sometimes i wish i never sold it.

I doubt I shall ever go there again but if I do it will be a TRex 550; tried the mcpx - hated the thing with a vengeance ::) now my msr - that was great!
For rotary wing it';s multicopters forever - I love ';em ::)

FlyinMarty

Another video of the Align quad.  Turns out it';s a 480.

Looks like you need to use Aligns own flight packs (DJI style) .  The folding props are a good idea, but again will you be limited to Aligns own props & motors?

Anyway...video

very hard to beat the mcpx for a micro, why did you hate it so much? the msr is fun but probably because of the 45 degree flybar, no worries about trying to keep it stable lol

as for Align and multi';s nae doot they had to jump on the bandwagon, hopefully its better than they';re 1st mini thingy ma bob i read about.

just had a quick look at the video and damn it flies like a slug hehe
