Sony NEX 7 error message ???????

Today i had been test flying all day and getting some footage at the same time. after about 20 minutes of footage retrieved i viewed it and then was about to take of for the final flight when the camera suddenly had the following message appear.

Image database file error.
       Recover?
Required time: 00:00:05.

I pressed the ok button and when i checked the footage had disappeared !!!!! :bang head:  :bang head:
Does anyone know why this has happened and is there anything i can do to stop it or even retrieve the footage I';ve lost ?. I have had this happen this first time i test flew but put it down to my error. I checked and double checked everything this time.
To clarify i did not change any of the settings to the camera between flights. i also use a micro sim loaded into a full size card reader. Could it be this that is causing the problem ?

I would say that is exactly the problem.

SD cards generally lock into place , microsd slide into a slot that is not secured so vibration and the likes will cause error intermittantly, I had a phew 64gig samsung micr sd and tbh they did not fair well with loss of data compaired to sd locked cards.  My phone has the same issue and colleagues on set do to. What to do.

Well there are some sd to microsd that have a lock which does help.

I would say the error is to do with the converter.
