There';s a good video review of the apm2.5 from the flight test people here;

I watched that video this morning before I went out and didnt post it here because I actually thought it was a bit crap  :whistling:  Diy Drones send them their top of the ranges controller and they strap it to a plank and stick a bit of cotton wool on the baro, maybe its just me but I thought the flag ship of the diy drones range deserved a bit more respect than being nailed to a plank and its functions not really being shown off properly, Im wondering if Diy Drones are wishing they had not bothered  :banghead:

It was a bit basic looking back on it. Other than a few features regarding the way auto-level worked they could have lied and stuffed a KK2 board in the quad for most of the video and no one would have known. They didn';t exactly show the apm2.5';s advanced features off.

I know what u mean.. but if they can make a plank of wood fly that well..  lol

The video is their style.. they are all the same....

The do make it all look easy.. wonder how many people will buy one on that basis.. then find out its a bit more involved..

.. and whilst we';re whinging about the video (and wishing we all got sent stuff to try out for free!) - did you notice that he plugged in the battery whilst still carrying it so it wouldn';t have been able to set its level - he then had to unplug it again to get it to work  :nananana:

I switched off...all yak yak yak...and very little about the techies.... :rolleyes:
