ESC Calibration problem : EDIT sorted

I wonder if someone can help me with this issue.

I calibrated my new Simonk ESC and all seemed to be going well. I then turned on my Futaba T8J transmitter and pulled the sticks back to start the motors. At first, I thought nothing had happened but then it appears there actually was a little twitch.

I can then move the throttle from the centre position up and all motors will go full blast. But when it springs back to the middle, all motors stop again!! I can also move the right stick to the right and just the right motor will spin, back and the bottom two will spin, etc. All switching off again when the sticks are returned to the middle.

Any idea what could be causing it?
