The "operator" is not even flying the aircraft in the traditional sense, with sticks.  They';re using a tablet GCS to control its location and altitude.  These are so-called "professional" systems sold to forces by manufacturers and suppliers to the security industry.  One has to wonder what safeguards there are for those times where things go wrong.  Does it just fall out of the sky and through someone';s roof?

The video itself looks like it is the transmitted video rather than from any kind of on-board storage.  The resolution is far too low in that respect.  I';d have thought that there is an on-board record capability if for no other reason than to obtain high resolution record for possible evidence.

What a poor effort. The aspect ratio is incorrect and only at 144p resolution. Someone needs to give them some training

Looks like it';s a post processing/youtube usage fail problem more than UAV quality. From what I remember the Skyranger can do some pretty impressive stuff.

Edit: Yep, apparently the system can generate these on the field https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iDGkDJVxGVE and can stream 1080p30 as well as 640x480 thermal
