Looks very similar to a HK product. If it's the same very good price, the HK item does a cracking job of stripping servo wires.

Some years ago I bought 2 digital callipers of a street vendor somewhere in Europe, for not a lot otherwise I wouldn't have bought 2. A couple of months later my Co bought a couple of Blue Point Snap On callipers for general workshop use. The one's I bought of the street vendor weren't a copy of the snap on one, they were the same item. As most of the stuff for sale in the world will be made in China it's worth a look to see if the same item is available cheaper with a different sticker. If I was in country I'd give you the whole 9 yds. At £3.99 worth finding out, and passing on. If it's pants let us know.
