Im after a dedicated fpv camera i would like it to run off my immersionrc tx so 5v ive seen a sony 650tvl mini camera but from china can anyone point me in the right direction in uk any suggestions of cameras considered thanks

benno

I am using the following with my immersionrc 600mW TX, powered directly off the TX.

http://www.firstpersonview.co.uk/cameras/mini-color-camera-sony-13-super-had-ii-ccd600tvl

Note - this doesn';t work with the fatshark TX';s though.

james111

that';s a bit pricey for me i think was looking around £50 max

benno

Yeah, not the cheapest option - I based my purchase off the back of a friends known working configuration so swallowed the hit.

Service wise FirstPersonView have been really good whenever I have used them.

A lot people rave about SecurityCamera2000 - http://www.securitycamera2000.com/FPV/fpv.html (I';ve not used or tested these, but did researching them before I bought with UK stock / delivery in mind)

tony

ive use  http://www.securitycamera2000.com/FPV/fpv.html  slow delivery and the metal case is really heave but its not getting broken inside of it :)

very nice cam arrived no problems but do get the program thing  makes life easy  ive used the Sony 600 tvl from security cam and ive used my 808#16 the Sony won hands down much better for fpv

on a side note if any1 know where to get the tiny 3 pin Wight plugs please pm me i need some pre wired is best for me as there so small (don';t want to pinch this thread) are of lighter case for it to sit in i def need a case ive had more than a few crashes now

I have finally got me a sony mini 650 and its a really nice camera even smaller than I was expecting well happy. I got it from tecnic.co.uk spoke to the guy on the phone as he was out of stock and he was a very nice guy and let me know when he was expecting them bk in. he has one of those cables on hes site £2.5o and alot of other good fpv bits n bobs for good prices
