Hexa vs Y6

Not sure if this is in the right section but I was wondering what advantages/disadvantages a hexa has over a Y6 if any?   From the point of view of general FPV flying.

Good Question and Im not sure either the only thing I think is with the Y6 you need a high undercarriage where you don't with the hexa, and maybe the six props equally spaced over the diameter of the copter might be a bit more stable than the three pairs of props of the Y6,
It might be just the way I think but if your holding some thing up using six holding points spaced out it gotta be a bit better than holding the same thing up just using three holding points if you see what i mean  ::)
These are just my thoughts on it and either way both hexa and Y6 are very stable, the Y6 offers easier orientation and probably better motor redundancy if a motor packs up  ~~
