Well after some searching evidently mounts are hard to come by. So i broke out my C.A.D and decided to have some made. My buddy owns a machine shop and recently bought a Makerbot 3d printer with dual extractors. So i made the drawing and emailed it to him and thought i would share!. This was designed to support dual motors.

I bet craig (jumpy) would be interested in looking at the files if you want to make them available. Could be useful for a lot of people those.
One circlip short of a quadcopter.
1 lobe short of an antenna.

No problem i dont mind sharing. Its in .stl format and theres two pieces ( which are identical ) but one is surface meshes and other is just a solid. When importing the printer software only saw the solid. Which was fine so i printed two of them and good to go. I disnt bother beveling the edges or making it pretty is was a concept design that as far as i can tell atm is going to work.

Question is how do i share it?

Nice ......

You get quite a few made for square and round type arms and flog ';em
Let's be careful out there.
SAFETY is.. NO accident.

Well i tryed to get my printer guy excited about it and he said he couldnt market them but he would make as much as i needed and what ever i wanted. So i guess will need to share the drawings and you guys can print your own. Im not sure what they would be worth to anyone to put a price on it for his time and wear and tear on his equipment and or materials. But as a hobbiest i dont mind sharing my drawings when i get them.  I can email anyone that wants a copy to send to a printer. Im going to redesign this mount again with beveld edges and clean it up nice and print them in black. I will continue to post the mount updates on this thread for you guys and if ya see something you like and have a local printer send me an email requesting which drawing and i will email back asap. I have all my drawings on my phone. Hope that helps :/

Sneak preview. Was thinking about making a hole for wires :/ but also will be split and do some beveling yet.

Toledodave

Ok this is the mount already sent to the printer. Maybe tomorrow have finished product :/

Alright! Hot off the printer! 1 half done.

How long does a piece like that take to print?

Well i cant be accurate on that because my buddy does the printing for me at his house. I just email the drawings and he calls me when they are done :)  if i had to guess maybe 1.5 hours. Really depends on the piece and how intricate the piece is.

Nice bit o'; work  there. ~~
Thankyou!  Its about time that schooling payed off!   Went to school to be a mechanical engineer and now been building Jeep Wranglers for almost 20 yrs now lol

Ok here they are. They are weighing in at 26.6g a set. I was worried about strength with the honeycomb build we tried.  I can stand on them and cant destroy them bare handed. The design kind of supports its self. Either way we shall soon find out. This set is for my next copter. Next set is going on my Tri-6 and already being printed. :)

So its about time i get this bird in the air. I dropped off final parts to friend with machine shop to to drill me a few precise holes and its ready. Below is my yaw design. The red piece just got printed. Having the pin drilled through the green shaft and ready to fly after assembly.
