DJI Phantom1 Tx Compatibility

Hi, I've been given a Phantom1, P330D, and an NDJ6 Tx from different sources.
They both power up to the yellow LED flashing on the drone but there's no response to the stick movements.  I suspect that they just don't match up.
Any help would be welcome.

So, the obvious, what versions of firmware are instyalled on each?

Fun Flyer

I don't know how to check the firmware levels as the only Phantom1 manual I could find online is a very basic version.
I suspect that the Tx is for a Phantom2 so it can't talk to a Phantom1

Bad Raven

I only use DJI for FPV via Vista and Air Units.

I thought the way to see installed level and update firmware was via online DJI Assistant, of which there are several for different classes of DJI product, so you'd need the right version.  There's also a Phone (fly) App.

However, DJI being DJI, the Phantom 1 and 2 are seemingly regarded as obsolete and no longer supported, and likely Phantom 3 is imminently for the chop.

Worth a try though?

Fun Flyer

Thanks, but I've been on that site and the advanced manuals seem to be in French and German only.
I think I'll go back to my homebuilt 450 the dodgy FC!
