Im just after some advice on whats best to buy. I was looking at Eachine TS5828L mirco 5.8g tx with Realacc 4 leaf antenna and a 700TVL CMOS 2.8mm camera.

If anyone else has any suggestions then please say.

Tbs unify pro hv race with tbs triumph

I tried a Eachines vtx03 and a generic pegoda. I upgraded and wow what a difference.
I bought a unify pro race and a menace pagoda and it really did make flying easier. I realise they are more expensive but I can clearly see better so flying is easier. I usually have to keep my budget low and with something's budget are OK for others not. ie I use flysky i6 TX which is fine, racerstar motors which are OK as I don't race, and Eachines ev100 goggles which, for the money are ok.
Go with a decent runcam, foxeer or maybe a cadix camera, unify race vtx and a menace antenna.
I try :-)

I started with this hobby 18 months ago, and started out with the Eachine Wizard + FlySky i6 Transmitter. I knew I would be crashing a lot, so the Wizard saw me through the early months without a problem.

I decided early on that I wouldn't be sending the goggles into the sky and so they were an investment that could easily be sold on if I decided things weren't for me.

I upgraded the camera on the Wizard to a Runcam Swift 2, although today I run a Foxeer Predator. I recommend making sure whatever camera you get it's a good one as your whole FPV experience will be tarnished with poor video (same goes for the VTX and antenna, I also use the MenaceRC pagoda antenna, and have the TrueD receiver in my Fatshark goggles (again, this isn't the cheaper receiver, but it's not going to get damaged!))

Over time I've built a few additional quads using more premium parts, and have upgraded nearly all of the parts in the Wizard, but this is par for the course.

Overall I'd suggest spending the cash on any kit that stays on the ground, or is responsible for the video feed. Everything else you'll break and upgrade at regular intervals.
