Russian site for NAZA lite to V2?

It appears that the site for this project is now hosted in Russian. I am aware of a link to the file,  but i really feel a little alone in the dark. I have access to two laptops, one is Windows Vista 32bit, the other is Win10 64bit.
Which would be the easier machine to use? And is there a please a definitive hand-holding step by step guide for someone v interested in doing this, but scared of messing it up?

I appreciate its been done to death, but everyone seems to have an awe inspiring level of electronic prowess.....im a bit more used to carbs and points!

The site is in English and full instructions and file downloads on there ...

Good luck with it.  It worked a treat when I used it a couple of years back.
